What we collect

Account data: Your name, email, profile photo, and payment details (held by Stripe, not us).
Training data: Session logs, athlete records (name, position, metrics), and voice transcripts you generate through AI logging.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, device type, and browser — standard analytics to make the product better.
Parent data: Name and email, collected only at booking with consent. Used to send receipts and Player Reports — nothing else.

What we don't collect

Athlete photos — not in v1, by design. COPPA is a real thing and coaches don't want to manage 22 headshots.
Your raw audio — voice recordings are processed by AI and deleted immediately after transcript extraction. We retain the transcript, not the audio.
Payment card numbers — Stripe holds those. We see only a token and last-4.

How we use it

To run the platform: auth, payments, session logs, report generation.
To improve the product: anonymous usage patterns, crash reports, feature adoption metrics.
To communicate: receipts, payout notices, product updates. No marketing email without opt-in.

Who we share it with

Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy governs payment data.
OpenAI / AI provider — voice transcripts are sent for processing. Transcripts are encrypted in transit; no training on your data.
Nobody else. We don't sell data. We don't run ads.

SMS Notifications

If you opt in when booking a training session, we send SMS about your athlete's training sessions: session reminders, schedule changes, and trainer announcements.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help.
We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be sold or shared with any third party.

Your rights

Export your data at any time from Settings → Account → Export.
Delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Close account. 30-day retention window, then gone.
Request correction of inaccurate data: support@nooffszn.com.
California residents: CCPA rights apply. Contact us to exercise them.

Security

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Voice transcripts get an additional encryption layer before storage. Access to production data is logged and audited. We've never had a breach — but if we do, you'll hear from us within 72 hours.
