Acceptance

By creating an account or using any part of the NoOffSZN platform, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you're accepting on their behalf too.

We may update these terms. Material changes get 14 days' notice by email. Continuing to use the platform after that is acceptance.

The Service

NoOffSZN is a training management platform for independent sports trainers: payments, session logging, parent-facing reports, and self-serve booking. We are not a staffing agency, a sports organization, or a payment processor — Stripe handles processing under their own terms.

Payments & Fees

→Free tier: 6% per transaction (Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 + our 3.1%). Shown in full before checkout.
→Pro tier: $39/month + 4.4% + $0.30 per transaction. Break-even is approximately $2,437/month in processed volume.
→Payouts are initiated after Stripe's standard hold period (typically 2 business days). NoOffSZN is not liable for Stripe delays.
→You are responsible for all applicable taxes on income received through the platform. We provide 1099 exports on the Pro tier.

Your Account

→You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract.
→You're responsible for everything that happens under your credentials. Use a strong password. Don't share your account.
→Trainer accounts are personal. One coach per account. Staff seats are a Pro-tier feature.

Prohibited Use

→Don't use the platform to collect money for services you don't intend to deliver.
→Don't misrepresent your credentials, experience, or affiliation to parents or athletes.
→Don't store or transmit athlete PII beyond what the platform supports. We're COPPA-aware by design — athletes are records, not users.
→Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform.

Training Clips (Film Note)

NoOffSZN offers Film Note: a trainer can record short video clips — no more than 10 seconds each — of an athlete during a session, delivered to the parent inside the athlete's Player Report.

→A clip contains the athlete's image and is collected only with the parent or guardian's consent, given in the booking waiver. Trainers may not record an athlete without that consent.
→Player Reports open from a shareable link that is not password-protected. Whoever a parent shares the link with can view the clips.
→Clips are retained for a limited period — currently 60 days — and then permanently deleted. Parents can download a clip before it is deleted.
→Clips are for the athlete's training records only — never for marketing, advertising, or sale to any third party.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box when booking a training session, you agree to receive texts about your athlete's training sessions (schedule changes, cancellations, and trainer announcements).

→Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
→Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or contact legal@nooffszn.com.
→Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using NoOffSZN.
→Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings. Closing takes effect immediately — we don't hold your data for a grace period, and you can't undo it. Processed payments and payout history are retained as required by law.

Closing your account does not cancel a session credit a parent already holds against you. We keep the records needed to honour it until it is redeemed or refunded.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, depending on severity.

Liability

NoOffSZN is a software tool. We're not responsible for disputes between trainers and parents, injuries sustained during sessions, training outcomes, or Stripe processing errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. If you have a dispute with us, it goes to binding arbitration under that same Utah law, in Utah County, Utah — the county we're registered in. Not court, not class action.
