Refund Policy
Last updated July 27, 2026
The short version
NoOffSZN sets one refund policy and applies it platform-wide. Your trainer cannot change what you get back. The only thing they choose is how much notice you need to give — the notice window — which is 24 hours by default and which some trainers shorten to 12 hours or waive entirely.
Cancel in time and you get your money back on the card you paid with. The one exception is a rain-out: when a session is called off for weather or safety it is being rescheduled rather than cancelled, so you receive a session credit instead of cash. Section 04 covers that.

Rain-outs
Weather and safety cancellations work differently, because the training isn't going away — it's moving. When your trainer calls off a session for weather or safety, we issue a session credit for the full amount you paid rather than sending the money back to your card. The credit sits in your account and covers any future session with that same trainer.
We don't put an expiry date on a session credit. If you would rather have the money back than hold a credit, ask your trainer and they can refund you instead.
What a refund returns
A refund returns the full amount you were charged — the session price and the booking fee — to the original payment method. Nothing is deducted from it. There is no restocking fee, no processing deduction, and no partial refund.
Stripe does not return its processing fee to us when we refund you. NoOffSZN absorbs that cost. It is not taken out of your money, and it makes no difference to what lands back on your card.
Refunds are issued immediately on our side. How quickly the money appears is up to your bank — usually 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback with your bank instead, Stripe's dispute process decides the outcome and NoOffSZN does not control it. We don't run a dispute-response workflow inside the product today, so a trainer who wants to contest a chargeback does so through Stripe directly, using the session records and signed waivers the platform already stores.
Asking your trainer for a refund is almost always faster than a chargeback, and it doesn't cost them the dispute fee their bank charges regardless of who wins.
How to get a refund
Parents: cancel the session from your account — an eligible cancellation is refunded automatically. If you have already missed the window, or something else went wrong, contact your trainer; they can refund any booking from their side.
Trainers: Payments → the transaction → Refund.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and matches the waiver signed at checkout.
