Refund Policy

Cancellations 24 hours or more in advance

If you cancel a session 24 hours or more before its scheduled start time, you receive a full credit toward a future session with the same trainer. Credits do not expire and are applied automatically at your next booking.

Some trainers set a shorter notice window (as little as 12 hours, or no minimum at all). Your trainer's exact window is always shown on the booking page and in the waiver you sign at checkout.

No-shows and same-day cancellations

No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable and do not earn a credit. The trainer has reserved that time for your athlete, so the session fee is forfeited.

Cancellations by the trainer or platform

NoOffSzN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. When that happens, you are offered a make-up session or a full credit — including the session fee — at no cost to you.

The $2.50 booking fee

The $2.50 booking fee charged at checkout covers payment processing and platform costs and is non-refundable, except where a session is cancelled by the trainer or the platform. The session fee is handled per the rules above.

How to request a credit

Cancel from your account, or contact your trainer directly. Eligible credits are issued automatically. If you believe a charge is incorrect, email support@nooffszn.com and we will review it.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and mirrors the waiver you sign at booking. The attorney-reviewed version will be published before NoOffSzN opens to the public.
